The main purpose of the Society is to improve Christian education, perform acts of Christian love and help in the parish apostolate. In accordance with their own charisma, the sisters today have their own preschool-educational institution: Kindergarten of St. Francis in Zagreb and run the Caritas Kindergarten of Sr. Josip in Mostar . In this way, they try to instill Christian values in the youngest and strive to provide spiritual care for their parents as well.
Currently, they fulfill their mission in several parishes through catechesis (school and parish), church singing, sacristan service; then in educational work with young people, they take care of the elderly and infirm in homes and work in hospitals.
