The Institute for Spatial Planning of the Bjelovar-Bilogora County as a public institution deals with the following activities:
preparation, i.e. coordination of the preparation and monitoring of the implementation of the spatial plan of the Bjelovar-Bilogora County,
preparation of a report on the situation in the area of Bjelovar-Bilogora County,
management of the spatial planning information system and its management (within the scope of authority),
preparing the starting point for creating, i.e. putting out of force spatial plans of narrower areas,
provision of expert advisory assistance in the creation of spatial plans at the local level,
preparation of spatial plans for the development of cities and municipalities and urban development plans of importance for the State or County, if requested by the Ministry or the County,
performing professional analytical work in the field of spatial planning, if requested by the Ministry or the County Mayor,
other jobs in accordance with the Law and the Statute,
(issuing an opinion in the process of adopting a spatial plan for the organization of the city or municipality,...).
