Your administrators are fair, kind and have enormous patience for all questions and are willing to help at any time. I have been doing this job for 20 years and I can freely say that I have only had positive experiences on the few occasions when I have needed your customer support.
Since I am not a frequent user of customer support, this is another proof that your services (technical and otherwise) are above all stable, and in my experience this is one of the most important features of a good IT system.
