How do we do it?
Our candies and lollipops are a magical combination of sugar, glucose syrup, water and enticing colors and flavors.
First of all, let's boil the sugar, glucose syrup and water to the exact (very high) temperature.
Then pour the mixture onto the cooling table. This is where we add colors and flavors to it.
Part of the mixture with paint is placed on the heating table, while the other part is pulled out on the hook. This is how it gets its characteristic silky white color and airy texture.
On the heating table, we create the final shape of the future candies from both parts of the mixture (it looks like one huge candy!).
By pulling out that "roller" we get "sticks" which, after cooling, we manually cut and pack.
Oh yes, let's not forget the lollipops!
The procedure is the same as for candies, except that we do not cool these "sticks" but bend them into the characteristic (or some other) shape of a lollipop. Then we add a stick to them...
