After logging into cPanel, click on the JetBackup 5 icon within the Files group
Select Email Accounts
Click on the email address for which you want to return emails from the backup (the selected email address will be orange)
and click on Choose other backup to choose another date
Once the date is selected, click Restore
If you want to keep the emails that are currently in the email account, select the Merge backup data with live account data option and click on Restore Selected Items
This will start the recovery from the backup
Under the "Queue" icon, you can check whether the recovery is still in progress, and whether the data recovery has been completed
